As a kid, I had executive presence. Many sought my counsel to resolve playground disputes. As a business executive, my presence allowed me to become a leader, because few were willing to take on the FULL burden of leadership – the bad and the ugly, along with the good.
My career has been about transformation, turnaround, change, and exceptional growth – building new capabilities and organizations where none existed, or changing them to address future needs.
Ideation is one of my strengths. I bring a unique perspective to existing problems and do not accept that things can only be done as in the past or as they are now.
Ideas without action do not create value. As a strategist with activation, I create the strategic planks and lead enrollment and execution to create or extend competitive advantage.
Many say it, but less truly believe it – people are the most important asset in any organization. I build high-performing teams, develop talent, and drive engagement and collaboration across the enterprise to get things done.
I seek opportunities to lead, innovate, and drive execution. My background is rich with experience and stories of global adventure, but the future still needs to be written. My skills, talents, and motivations allow me to be a versatile enterprise resource.

Background
Mike Notarangeli brings 30 years of supply chain and logistics experience and innovation to NOTAR Consulting. Mike is a multi-disciplinarian whose work spans the tactical aspects of supply chain and logistics, as well as, strategic aspects such as process re-engineering, information technology design and implementation, global trade, and international expansion and operations.
Not willing to accept the status quo, Mike has delivered innovative solutions to companies and clients of all sizes in terms of cost savings, solutions design, and operations excellence by synthesizing unique requirements and industry best practices to create enterprise value.
Mike has done expeditionary work in designing global supply chains and forward and reverse logistics networks, building multi-local support organizations, and leading complex transformation initiatives and the associated change management that link people to mission and results.
Prior to founding NOTAR Consulting, Mike drove competitive advantage in the telecom industry with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, Owens Corning, GS1 US, Choice Logistics, Maine Pointe, Proudfoot, and as an independent consultant.
